The MAXCERAM range of solvent free ceramic filled epoxy repair compounds and coating are primarily used to rebuild and protect the parent metal of industrial equipment.

Our epoxy ceramic wear protection products are formulated to provide a sacrificial barrier between the parent metal and the contents transported in pneumatic, fluid-flow and bulk handling systems. 

The MAXCERAM product range consists of epoxy ceramic wear resistant repair pastes and coatings with excellent erosion resistance. For very applications in harsh environments, such as the bulk handling industry, our range of heavy duty ceramic repair compounds are the perfect solution.

MaxMet 100 is a multi-purpose, solvent free, epoxy metal repair and rebuilding compound. The product is suitable repairing, metal components suffering material loss due to mechanical damage, erosion, corrosion and wear.

Typical rebuild and repair applications: Worn shafts, bearing housings, rebuild worn pump impellers, casings, restore heat exchanger tube sheets, rebuild ships rudders,

MaxMet 700 is an extend cure solvent free, epoxy repair and rebuilding compound. Suitable for large repair areas where extra pot life is required.

Applications: Machinery shimming, heat exchangers, shafts, casings, hydraulic rams, bearing housings, flanges, tank seams

MaxCeram 100 is epoxy ceramic repair and rebuilding compound. Specially designed for use on damaged or worn metallic surfaces, recommended for use on a comprehensive range plant and equipment subject to abrasion, erosion, corrosion.

Applications: Pump casings, impellers and cutwaters, heat exchanger tube sheets, water boxes, end plates, bow thruster tunnels, Rudders, P -frames, structural bonding, fan blades, housings, shafts, bearing housings and conveyor screws.

Maxceram 200 is formulated using the latest solvent free epoxy technology, enhanced further with the addition of high-quality silicone carbide ceramic fillers.

Designed principally as a hard wearing lining and coating system for the protection of pumps and other fluid-flow equipment, the product can also be utilised in pneumatic and conveyor systems.

Maxceram 300 is an epoxy ceramic efficiency coating, formulated using the latest polymer technologies, enhanced further with the addition of high-quality silicone carbide fillers.

The product is used principally for the long-term protection pumps and fluid-flow equipment. The product has an ultra high gloss finish, designed to reduce internal friction, improve pump efficiencies and lower energy consumption.

Maxceram 500 is a high-temperature erosion, corrosion resistant epoxy coating. Formulated using the latest polymer technologies, enhanced further with the addition of high-quality silicone carbide fillers.

When fully cured the material is suitable for immersed conditions up to 130°C

Maxceram 600 is an acid resistant high-temperature epoxy coating. Formulated using the latest polymer technologies, enhanced further with the addition of high-quality silicone carbide fillers.

When fully cured the material is suitable for immersed conditions up to 110°C dependant on chemical contact
