MaxChem – Epoxy novolac coatings and linings offer chemical and high temperature resistant. Designed to protect the internal surface of pressure vessels and associated equipment from erosion, corrosion and chemical attack.

Maxchem products are suitable for applications subject to full immersion at service temperature up to 130° dependant on chemical contact. Once cured our materials provide excellent resistance to hydrocarbons, concentrated acids and industrial chemicals including 98% sulphuric acid, 36% hydrochloric acid, 75% phosphoric and 40% sodium hydroxide.

MaxChem 300 is a chemical resistant epoxy novolac coating and lining system. Designed for the long-term chemical protection of steel and concrete substrates. Once cured the material is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 60°C continuous immersion, dependent on chemical contact°

MaxChem 400 is a chemical resistant epoxy novolac coating and lining system. Providing excellent chemical protection for high service temperature applications. Once cured the coating is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 90°C continuous immersion, dependent on chemical contact but is proven to protect against

Maxceram 500 is a high-temperature erosion, corrosion resistant epoxy coating. Formulated using the latest polymer technologies, enhanced further with the addition of high-quality silicone carbide fillers.

When fully cured the material is suitable for immersed conditions up to 130°C

Maxceram 600 is an acid resistant high-temperature epoxy coating. Formulated using the latest polymer technologies, enhanced further with the addition of high-quality silicone carbide fillers.

When fully cured the material is suitable for immersed conditions up to 110°C dependant on chemical contact
