MaxFlo 300 – Self levelling Epoxy Floor Repair Compound

MAXFLO 300 – SELF LEVELING FLOOR COMPOUND is a three part, self leveling screed designed to provide a hard impervious, seamless floor finish which is hygienic and easy to clean.

MAXFLO 300 – FLOOR LEVELING COMPOUND is suitable for application in most industrial environments and is offer excellent resistance to a wide variety of industrial chemicals.

MAXFLO 300 – SELF LEVELING FLOOR COMPOUND should be applied at a target film thicknesses of 2 to 3 mm in a single coat. For best results it is recommended that a spiked roller for self leveling compounds, serrated rake or trowel be used, which leave a very attractive surface finish.

The product comprises of a BASE component, a Curing Agent component and a Filler component and all pre-measured, ready for mixing.

Surface preparation concrete

Concrete shall be a minimum of 21 days old and/or the residual moisture content shall be below 6%. Ensure that the concrete is clean and free from dust, laitance, grease, oil, curing compound and existing paint finishes etc. Blow holes and defective concrete shall be made good using a proprietary repair compound, e.g. MaxCrete 200 concrete

Suitable mechanical treatment such as vacuum grit blasting is the preferred treatment before application as this ensures a mechanical ‘key’ for the coating.


Pour the contents of the activator container into the base container and thoroughly mix until the resin goes clear, once combined add approximately half of the aggregate to the resin and continue mixing until all the aggregated is coated. Add the remainder of the aggregate and mix until uniform consistency.  Mixing should be with a low-speed paddle mixer.


Empty the contents of the mixing container on to the repair area and using a squeegee or notched float spread the product around to the required thickness, using a spiked roller go over the area to release any porosity


1 x 15kg unit applied at a nominal thickness of 1.0mm will cover 7.5 sq metre

Over-Coating Times

Minimum – as soon as it is touch dry.

Maximum – over-coating time 24 hours.

Where the maximum over-coating time is passed, the material should be allowed to harden before being abraded, or flash blasted to  remove any surface contamination
