1) Concrete substrate condition
  • Minimum compressive strength: ≥ 25 MPa (edit)
  • Moisture content: < 5% (CM method) (edit)
  • Surface profile: CSP 3–5 (ICRI) (edit)
2) Environmental conditions
  • Air/Substrate temp during application: 10–30 °C (edit)
  • Rel. humidity: < 80% (edit)
  • Dew point: substrate at least 3 °C above dew point (edit)
3) DFT & Holiday testing
  • DFT target (MaxLine 100): — μm (enter spec)
  • Holiday test: High‑voltage spark test per NACE SP0188 (edit)
